Yes. You can take as many orders as you like on every plan, and Orderlya never charges commission on a sale. The only thing your plan meters is AI-handled orders — the chat conversations the AI takes end-to-end for you.
What counts against my monthly allowance?
Only orders the AI handles for you over WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. Orders your team rings up on the POS, takes at the table, or over the phone are always free and never count.
What happens if I go over my AI allowance?
Nothing breaks — you can top up AI capacity any time with add-on order packs, and human/POS ordering keeps working with no limit. During the 14-day trial you get 250 AI-handled orders to try it out.
Do you charge commission per order?
